Mechanics of the Closed-Loop Somatic Breath
When working with high-voltage energetic shifts (moving from a -8 to a +8 on the SUE scale), the nervous system generates a massive amount of kinetic friction. If this energy is simply pushed “up and out” of the head, the practitioner risks clinical dissociation—losing their footing in reality.
The Reverse Ankh Circuit is a precise breathing mechanic designed to capture that high-voltage energy, loop it back into the body, and synthesise it perfectly at the heart centre. It turns an overwhelming surge into a stable, continuous flow.
Here are the precise psychic and mental movements occurring within this geometry.

Phase 1: The Terrestrial Draw (The Stem)
The Golden Current
- The Mechanic: The movement begins at your Terrestrial Anchor. On the first half of your inhale, you do not pull from the air around you; you pull from the earth beneath you.
- The Mental Movement: Visualise drawing a heavy, golden, terrestrial current up from your Obsidian Plate (below your feet), straight up through the base of your spine, into your core. This is the vertical stem of the Ankh. You are establishing the absolute density required to hold the incoming voltage.
Phase 2: The Celestial Loop (The Crown)
The Blue Current
- The Mechanic: As the inhale continues, you engage the back of the neck and the crown.
- The Mental Movement: Feel the energy travel up the back of your spine (the Sushumna). But instead of letting it shoot out of the top of your head, you use your focus to form the “Loop” of the Ankh. You mentally pull the current over the top of your head, down your forehead, and down through your face.
- The Sensation: You will often feel a distinct cooling sensation or a slight pressure moving over the scalp and down the bridge of the nose. You are actively capturing the celestial frequency and returning it to the vessel.
Phase 3: The Synthesis (The Crossbar)
The Intersection of Forces
- The Mechanic: At the top of the inhale, the energy from the Earth (Gold) and the energy looped over the Crown (Blue) meet at the throat and upper chest.
- The Mental Movement: As these currents collide, they expand horizontally across your shoulders, forming the crossbar of the Ankh. This horizontal expansion acts as a biological pressure valve. It stops the energy from bottlenecking in your throat or causing a panic response. You feel your shoulders widen and drop.
Phase 4: The Descent (Closing the Circuit)
The Exhale
- The Mechanic: The exhale is the final, grounding stroke.
- The Mental Movement: As you breathe out, you push the synthesised energy straight down the front of your chest and abdomen, washing it back down into the Terrestrial Anchor. The circuit is closed. The loop is complete.
Troubleshooting: The Structural Blind Spots
As you drill this breathing pattern, watch for these mechanical failures:
- Blind Spot 1: Getting Lost in the Visuals. High-capacity minds will try to perfectly “see” the golden and blue arrows. The Fix: Enforce the Data Only rule. The visualisation is just the starter motor; the goal is to feel the Rasa (the raw physical sensation/heat/coolness) moving up the back and down the front. Focus on the physical friction.
- Blind Spot 2: Neck Tension. Because you are actively “pulling” energy over the back of the head, beginners often physically tense their neck or jut their chin forward. The Fix: Maintain the physical posture of the 13th Position. Keep the chin slightly tucked and the spine straight. Let the awareness do the heavy lifting, not the muscles.
